Winter can take a toll on irrigation systems. During our spring start-up service, we restore water flow to your system and conduct a thorough inspection to ensure proper water pressure and coverage. This process helps identify any valve or line leaks, as well as broken sprinkler heads that may need replacement or adjustment. Additionally, we’ll program your irrigation controller to ensure optimal performance throughout the season.

Controller Adjustments:

To ensure optimal soil moisture for your property, our team will make periodic adjustments to watering intervals and zone durations, tailored to current environmental conditions.

Winterization:

Standing water and freezing temperatures don’t mix. Our team will prepare your irrigation system for winter by clearing the lines with compressed air and shutting off the controller and water source to prevent damage during the cold months.

Repairs:

Over time, wear and tear from physical damage and the constant flow of water can affect your irrigation system. During wet checks and regular inspections, we continuously monitor the system’s performance. If repairs are needed, we’ll inform you of any costs not covered by your service agreement and proceed with repairs upon your approval.
